Maze is hiring a Customer Success Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Digital, the Customer Success Manager will be supporting our clients who have licensed the MEM E-commerce solution to design & launch their online store.
The candidate must possess a strong desire to support and grow a client base by driving to make things better, demonstrating consistent follow-up, and continually delivering value to MEM customers.
- Be the primary point of contact and advocate for the MEM solution clients
- Learn and master all aspects of the MEM solution
- Become an expert in call center operations and become a trusted advisor for MEM
- Empower users by on-boarding them and driving value
- Configure & customize MEM to address client challenges
- Monitor and oversee clients’ usage of the platform and encourage adoption of all features
- Educate the client on feature enhancements and evolution of the platform
Desired Skills and Experience
- Degree educated, ideally within marketing, communications, design or computer sciences.
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed objectives
- Comfort manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data
- Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English, French and Arabic skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
